Concorso Casa Rossa Internazionale

Sala Hera — Cinema Astra

National premiere

Between sequins, karaoke, costumes and shows, Kalia spends the day entertaining tourists: she leads a group of resort entertainers, during the hot months of a summer where everything is included and engulfed by the masses (we are in Greece but it could just as easily be the Romagnola Riviera). The night, however, brings with it a darker side: Kalia seems to want to escape by wandering from relationship to relationship, only to return to wearing the same mask again and again during the day. A fast-paced, jagged narrative where the body is the pivot around which everything revolves, a means of getting in touch with oneself and others.
