Diana, her two-year-old son, and her brother Arthur leave Berlin together for a short trip to Paris in their rusty old Renault. Amid bickering, unexpected encounters, and shorter (or longer) than expected stops, the journey will lead the two siblings to confront family wounds, finding themselves closer than they thought. In a kind of autofiction with a “home-movie” aesthetic that puts her on stage with her real family members, Sara Summa explores herself and her romantic relationships with irresistible irreverence and irony, in the dual role of director and actress, but also sister and mother.
